Abigail's Original Smoked Ahi Loin

This is our original favorite. It is just smoked ahi-NO salt, NO sugar. This means NO brine, period. We smoke our ahi with a mixture of mesquite, white oak, and fruit woods. Packaged as 8 oz. card packs. Fresh from our markets or frozen shipped. This product does perfect when frozen. No loss of texture or taste.

Abigail's Asian Style Smoked Ahi Loin

We take our original formula ahi and marinate it a few hours with our recipe teriyaki sauce and then smoke it using the same woods. Then, we glaze the finished product immediately after it comes out of the smoker with our special recipe asian glaze which is a blend of teriyaki, garlic and ginger. Sounds good ,because it is good. Packaged in 8 oz card packs and sold at our markets as fresh or shipped frozen. As are other smoked fish, it does great frozen.

Abigail's Smoked Spicy Honey Ahi Loin

Again, using the original as our base, we marinate in a chile sauce and glaze in our own maeploy inspired glaze using red chile flake as a "kicker". Packed in 8 oz card packs and sold fresh at our markets or shipped frozen. Again, this product is perfect frozen, with no loss of flavor or texture.

Abigail's Original Smoked WILD Salmon Fillet

As with our original ahi, we use NO salt and NO sugar. This is just the fish. We only smoke wild caught fish and will not accept farmed salmon. All of our smoked salmon is smoked using a mixture of hardwoods and fruitwoods. Packaged in 8 oz cards and sold fresh at our markets or frozen if shipped.

Abigail's Own Recipe Salmon Cheese Spread

We take our original smoked salmon an mix it with premium cream cheese, sour cream,red onion, a blend of spices, and a touch of lemon juice. It is great on bagels and crackers. We even have a customer that puts Abigails Salmon Cheese on their baked potato. Packaged in 8 oz. containers and sold fresh at our markets and frozen if shipped.

Abigail's Orange Glazed Smoked Salmon

Using the same concept as our original salmon, we then glaze the fillet with a mixture of orange peel, fresh orange juice and agave sweetner. Very unusual and very good! Packaged in an 8 oz. card pack and sold fresh at our markets and shipped frozen.

Abigail's Own Recipe Spicy Yellowtail Dip
|
Using premium grade California Yellowtail, we smoke it with our standard mix of fruit and hardwoods and then add it to our own rcipe of a three pepper blend-ortega for sweetness, jalapeno for kick, and habanero for fire. This mixture then gets added to a sour cream base and packed in 16 oz containers. Great for dipping chips or on crackers. Sold fresh at our markets and also shipped fresh as this product does not freeze well.

Abigail's Cured Yellowfin Tuna Jerky

By using sashimi grade yellowfin tuna, we are able to produce an extremely lean and tasty "beef jerky" style tuna jerky. A blend of spices add a slight kick that will keep you wanting more. Because like all of our products we use NO preservatives, this jerky must be stored in the refrigerator. Sold as fresh at our markets ans frozen if shipped. 5.3 oz packs.

Abigail' Own AHI Spread and Salad

We take a blend of our 3 styles of ahi and add premium mayonnaise, oilve oil, fresh celery, fresh green onion, our spice blend,and diced red pimentos. This makes for a great sandwich topping, a spruced up salad addition, or impressive appetizer when served on a buttery cracker. Sold fresh at our markets and shipped fresh only. Cannot be frozen. Packed in 8 oz tub containers.
